Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development,please can the laws be amended for a coalition of parties to be done in the first instance,once signed it cannot be changed to allow flip flopping to new coalition for wheeling and dealing , the coalition must work for the betterment of citizens not the politicians. It can only be changed once the next election happens. Parties can leave the coalition, but a new coalition cannot be done with that time until a new election takes place in the prescribed time for local and national elections.
