Dear Portfolio Committee on Health,
I had an accident few months ago on my way home from work i immediately informed my manager and the next day my area manager. I only had whiplash injuries which at the time was my back, neck and arm. This accident accurred on a Saturday and i went to work the Sunday i asked the monday if there was paperwork i had to fill in my manager said she dont know i asked my area manager all he asked was were you at the doctor, my response was yes but no further communication from him i asked my hr she told me it is out of her hands and told me i must go on my workday i did that but nothing happened via worked day as well. My arm is the most affected i cannot use it properly without feeling pain i was at the doctor 3 times it is only getting worse what do i do in this situation
