Accident Right off Car Claim due to bad Roads in area Graskop to Hazyview

Dear Select Committee on Transport, Public Service and Administration, Public Works and Infrastructure,

I am very disappointed I filed a complaint and submitted a claim after my vehicle was a right off May 2021 due to the bad roads and potholes roads from Graskop to Hazyview.

The initial claim was submitted to the Sabie Transport and Road works and according to the engineer he submitted the application to head office mpumalanga Mbombela.

He gave me contact details but that is not working. I searched on internet there is contact numbers but no response.

Why is it so difficult to get in contact with anyone in Our South African Government are there no assistants no secretaries for these Big Shot Government Employees.

Miss Lutchminarian has no contact details and she is the MEC of Transport and Road Works in Mpumalanga.
