Dear NCOP Rules committee
The President of South Africa
Union Buildings
Pretoria
Dear Mr. President,
Re: Complaint regarding the Capture and Corruption of the South African Constitution and Chapter 9 Institutions
We, the Sovereign Aboriginal Land Owners Movement, representing the inhabitants and Trust beneficiaries declared coloured people in terms of the Coloured People Act 3 of 1961, are writing to express our deep concern and disappointment regarding the capture and corruption of the South African Constitution and Chapter 9 institutions.
Under your leadership, as the 7th administration of the current government of National Unity, we have witnessed a blatant disregard for the principles of democracy, equality, and justice enshrined in our Constitution ¹. The Chapter 9 institutions, established to strengthen constitutional democracy, have been compromised, and their independence and impartiality have been severely eroded [2).
As a result, we, as declared coloured people, have been excluded from administering our own affairs and wellbeing. Our rights, as enshrined in the Constitution, have been systematically violated, and our dignity has been disregarded.
We note your unfitness to our coloured affairs and demand that immediate action be taken to address these grievances. We request a response regarding the steps you will take to restore the integrity of our Constitution and Chapter 9 institutions.
Sincerely,
Ashley Booysen
Sovereign Aboriginal Land Owners Movement
