Please help me with my claim on mines provident fund (ex miners)which I was trying to claim from 2015.I am told to hring a so called "RECORD OF SERVICE" document that till today i am unable to access.I have tried TEBA,Office of the Presidency,Chamber of Mines,Union,Rand Mutual hospital etc
